Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the silver and gold shop, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and train staff members, ensuring a high standard of customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Sales Management: Develop sales strategies to achieve targets, handle customer inquiries, and promote the shop’s products effectively.
- Financial Management: Maintain records of sales, expenses, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive product displays and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role within the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide the team towards achieving sales objectives.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Organizational Skills: Effective organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of store operations simultaneously.
- Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of silver and gold products, including their quality, authenticity, and market value.
