Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Support:
- Assist applicants in preparing and organizing required documentation for university admissions.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, application deadlines, and visa procedures for various countries.
Institutional Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international universities, courses, and programs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions to stay informed about new offerings and opportunities.
Cultural Awareness:
- Foster cultural awareness and sensitivity among students, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities of studying abroad.
- Provide information on cultural integration, accommodation, and local support services.
Information Sessions and Workshops:
- Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate students and parents about study abroad options.
- Organize events with representatives from foreign universities to provide firsthand information to prospective students.
Application Process Assistance:
- Guide students through the entire application process, including form submission, interviews, and standardized tests.
- Provide support for scholarship applications and financial aid opportunities.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness of the counseling team.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in education counseling, particularly in the context of foreign education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and admissions requirements.
- Familiarity with standardized tests (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, GRE) and scholarship programs.
