Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our two-wheeler Automobile company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive retail industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments, including production, sales, marketing, and customer service, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Market Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning; develop strategies to enhance market share and drive sales growth.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, from manufacturing processes to supply chain management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics; analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team; promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by implementing effective customer service strategies and addressing customer feedback.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to innovate and enhance product offerings, ensuring they meet customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies; promote sustainable practices within operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in [Automobile Industry].
