Job Description:

• We are hiring a Field Sales Manager in the field of Equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate and conclude the orders.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Servicing its current accounts.

Requirements:

• Qualification- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum Experience : 4 – 5 Years (Experience in similar field will be an added advantage)
• Should have good connects and knowledge about Real estate, Educational Institution, Government Bodies, Hotels, Resorts etc.

Salary- Rs. 30,000- Rs. 35,000
