Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain documentation records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare reports, maintain files, and update databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in logistics coordination and documentation (if required).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of office documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience in logistics or a related field will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:
