Export Executive (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Executive with a background in B.Pharm / D.Pharm to manage international pharmaceutical export operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and smooth coordination of export shipments across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, COA, CO, and Shipping Bills
• Ensure compliance with international pharmaceutical regulations and country-specific requirements
• Coordinate with manufacturers, freight forwarders, CHA, and regulatory authorities
• Manage product registrations, dossiers, and export-related certifications (WHO-GMP, COPP, etc.)
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of consignments
• Communicate with international clients regarding order status, documentation, and approvals
• Maintain records of export transactions and regulatory documents
• Assist in tender documentation and government supply exports
• Stay updated with global pharma export policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical export/import (Freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
• Understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and documentation
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of export procedures & international trade
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (WHO-GMP, COPP, etc.)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadline

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling exports to Africa / regulated & semi-regulated markets
• Familiarity with DGFT, CDSCO, and customs procedures
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience (12,000-20,000)
