Logistic Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, cost-effective transportation, and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and distribution operations

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control

Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency

Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or branches

Prepare logistics reports and maintain proper documentation

Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements

Handle issues related to delays, damages, or shortages

Manage and train logistics staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of supply chain and transportation processes

Experience in warehouse and inventory management

Good leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
