Job Description:-

  • We are ugrently hiring Business Development Executive for an IT company.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

  • Hands on experience in research and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients, prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
  • Lead generation through relevant platforms (Business Portals, Social networking sites, Email marketing & Cold calling).
  • Data mining using various tools and mechanism like, zoominfo, Hoovers, Crunchbase, linkedin, business portals etc.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
  • Closely work with senior team members, developers and clients/ stakeholders regarding the project’s development and its delivery.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.

 

Skills Required:-

  • Experience of 2-5 yrs in IT service sales.
  • Person should have profound English Communication Skill.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Self-motivated individual with an attitude to persevere.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
  • Presentable, Ability to meet deadlines, Confident.

Experience:-

  • 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification:-

  • Bachelor’s

Salary Range:-

  • 12,000.00 to 30,000.00/month (plus incentive)

Location:-

  • WFH (work from home)
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
