Job Description:
We are hiring a BDA/Telecaller who can work in night shift for a Wedding Album production company.

Responsibilities:
1. Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
2.Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
3.Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
4.Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
5. Ensure a smooth interaction for the consumer.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication abilities
2. Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
3. The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
4. Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
5. Ability to listen and solve problems
6. Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
7. Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations.

Qualification – Graduation

Salary – Rs. 20,000- Rs. 40,000
* Salary includes cab allowance and extra allowance for night shift.

Experience – Minimum 1 Year
