A counselor is an individual who listens to people’s problems and provides guidance, support, and solutions. They work with individuals seeking solutions to various issues in their lives, whether personal, professional, or emotional in nature.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to listen to and understand their problems.
• Provide assistance to clients in finding solutions to their problems.
• Interact with clients with confidentiality and empathy.
• Utilize counseling techniques to help clients deal with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other issues.
• Develop customized counseling plans for clients.
• Monitor progress and improvements and suggest necessary changes.
• Maintain documentation of counseling sessions.
• Keep knowledge updated and promote professional development.

• 20,000 – 30, 000 + Incentive.
