Job Description:
As the Export Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach globally. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Buyer Findings and Communication:
- Identify potential buyers in international markets through market research and networking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers.
- Communicate effectively with buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
2. Supplier Finding:
- Identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers to source products/materials.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
3. Documentation:
- Oversee the preparation and processing of export documentation, including shipping forms, customs documents, and export licenses.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
4. Email and Proposal Sending:
- Prepare and send emails and proposals to potential buyers and partners.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and preferences of different clients and markets.
5. Quotation Sending and Finalization:
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on product pricing, shipping costs, and other relevant factors.
- Follow up with buyers to address any queries or concerns and finalize quotations.
6. Social Media Promotion:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our products/services in international markets.
- Create engaging content and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential buyers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in email communication, proposal writing, and quotation preparation.
- Experience with social media marketing and promotion is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively.
