Job Description:-

• The Bitumen Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bitumen manufacturing plant. They lead a team of operators, ensure production targets are met, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Plant Supervisors combine leadership and operational knowledge in a job that is detailed, yet exciting. No two days are ever alike. You are constantly working through problems and finding ways to help others with their own job responsibilities.
Teamwork and leadership are vital parts of this role. You’ll hire staff and train them. You will also encourage great employee performance and promote positive working conditions. You’ll also conduct appraisals and recommend personnel for promotion.

A commitment to safety is the most important part of your responsibilities. You’ll oversee the plant to ensure that safety, health, environmental, and quality policies are followed. Your job will be to review and provide input into safety operating procedures.

As a Plant Supervisor, you will coordinate team activities and see to project completion. You’ll also ensure completion of all reporting and record keeping requirements. Your goal is to improve efficiency and productivity in the plant.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Supervise plant operations, including monitoring production processes and equipment.
• Manage a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and generate relevant reports.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, productivity, and safety within the plant.
• Previous supervisory experience in a bitumen manufacturing plant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bitumen production processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in computer applications for data management and reporting.

Salary Range:-

• 15,000-20,000/month

Qualification:-

• Graduation
