Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
1. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
2. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Managing calendars and set up meetings
4. Participate in group meetings and prepare accurate minutes of meetings and trackers.
5. Manage professional and personal scheduling including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management.
6. Will be Flexible with the working schedules and ready to extend the support based on the business needs.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
1. Must have EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS
2. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
3. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
4. Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
5. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills
7. Friendly and professional demeanor.
