- Electrical & mechanical maintenance equipment’s & consumables.
Roles & responsibility:
- Gain good knowledge of technical concepts related to our industrial products and services.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients & convert them into regular customers.
- Develop new business at existing customers (up-selling & cross-selling).
- Troubleshooting at customer site & gather customer feedback.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Actively oversee the ongoing service activities at key accounts and ensure prompt response to customer.
- Prepare monthly movement plans and sales projection reports.
- Successfully achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record: You must have experience of industrial sales and marketing. Experience of 2 years and above will be desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Physically fit & willing to travel: You should be physically fit and ready to travel to customer sites in Indore, Dewas, Pithampur and near by areas.
- Ownership: You must carry out the tasks assigned to you with full ownership and sincerity.
- Prompt reporting & follow-ups: You should promptly submit your weekly reports and do followups with customers. Respond promptly to customer queries.
- Knowledge of technical concepts: You are expected to have working knowledge of basic concepts of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Loyalty and confidentiality: You must be loyal to the company and should never indulge in activities that might harm the company in any way.
- Enthusiastic & highly motivated: You are expected to work with great enthusiasm and put persistent efforts.
