Position Summary:

• We are urgently hiring for the position of Store Incharge at our location in Pithampur, Indore. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and issuance of merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Supervise and train store staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Prepare reports on store performance and submit to management as required.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on store operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Location:

• Pithampur, Indore

Salary:

• 15,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
