Roles and Responsibility:

• Solution Design: Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify and analyse business requirements, create solution design documents, and develop project plans.
• Technical Expertise: Possessing a strong understanding of technical architecture, software development methodologies, and the latest industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for the development of solutions.
• Project Management: Managing the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client”s satisfaction.
• Team Management: Leading a team of developers, testers, and other technical staff to deliver high-quality solutions. This involves providing direction, feedback, and support to team members to ensure their development and success.
• Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring that client expectations are met, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, are scalable, maintainable, and can be supported.
