Job Description
- Decent knowledge of C# .NET
- Strong analytical skills with Strong background in object-oriented programming techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR)
- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
- Strong understanding of WCF
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good understanding of async programming and threading
- Strong knowledge and ability in windows forms development
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server & developing stored procedures
- Good knowledge of nHibernate ORM.
- Knowledge of RDLC, XSLT, JSON, XML
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to think logically and be proactive.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner
- Flexible and self-motivated
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- 5+ Year of working experience
- Develop, implement, and deliver large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Understand, develop, and implement complex data models.
- Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems.
- Estimate and deliver tasks in a timely manner meeting tight deadline requirements.
- Experienced in developing and adapting existing business solutions as well as creating new solutions.
- Ensuring source control and change control of development deliverables.
