Salary:

• INR 50,000 to 90,000 per month (No bar for good candidates)

Qualification:

• Must be CA qualified

Our company is a reputable manufacturing unit specializing in mattress raw materials. In addition to catering to the domestic market, we also export raw materials for mattresses internationally. Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:

1. Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Monitor and interpret financial performance metrics.
3. Develop strategies to minimize financial risk.
4. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
2. Track variances between budgeted and actual expenses.
3. Recommend adjustments to maintain company financial health.

• Tax Compliance:

1. Ensure compliance with taxation legislation.
2. Prepare and file tax returns and related documentation.
3. Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as necessary.

• Audit and Internal Controls:

1. Coordinate the annual audit process.
2. Implement and monitor internal controls.
3. Identify areas for process improvements and efficiency gains.

• Financial Analysis:

1. Conduct thorough financial analysis of all financial aspects.
2. Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.

• Reporting:

1. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
2. Present financial statements to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) is preferred.
