Roles & responsibilities:
- respond to customer via calls, emails or chats
- efficiently handling inbounds and outbound calls
- conducting surveys
- assisting them if they are facing any problems and troubleshooting it
- fostering a healthy relationships
- making appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and customers

Location: bhopal
Salary: 8-15k per month
Qualification: bachelors degree
Experience: 6 months ( minimum)
