Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Director.
• Schedule & coordinate meetings, appointments, manage calendars, screen & manage phone calls and emails, take dictation and transcribe notes.
• Handle travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Multitasking, Tech-savvy.
• organised, punctual, fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel etc.
• Familiarity with south Indian cultures/language would be a plus.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate/Diploma
Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience of Personal Assistant to Higher Authority.
