Location: Koh-e-Fiza, Bhopal

Salary: Up to 21,000 INR

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Female Sales Associate to join our team at our Koh-e-Fiza location in Bhopal. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including calling customers, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in-person to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, product quality, and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
