• We are urgenty Hiring Telecaller for Tour & Travel Company.

Position Overview:

• We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our dynamic tour and travel company. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, designing customized travel packages, accommodating client requests for package modifications, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

1. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our tour packages and generate leads.
2. Utilize various channels and techniques to identify and qualify prospective clients interested in travel opportunities.
3. Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and encourage bookings.

• Package Design:

1. Design personalized travel packages tailored to the preferences and requirements of individual clients.
2. Provide comprehensive information about destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities included in the package.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, ensuring the package meets their expectations.

• Package Redesign:

1. Responsibly handle client requests for modifications or customization of travel packages.
2. Evaluate and implement changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities based on client feedback and preferences.
3. Ensure clear communication with clients regarding any revisions to the package details.

• Deal Closing:

1. Guide clients through the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
2. Negotiate terms and pricing to secure bookings and close deals in a timely manner.
3. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

• Min 1 year of experience in a similar role within the travel industry (freshers are also welcome to apply).

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: 10k-20kper month, based on experience and performance.
