Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis:

1. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
2. Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.

• Taxation and Compliance:

1. Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to local and national tax regulations.
2. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
3. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.

• Audit and Internal Controls:

1. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
2. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

• Financial Planning and Strategy:

1. Support strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
2. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of financial trends and forecasts.

• Cash Flow Management:

1. Monitor cash flow projections and report variances.
2. Optimize cash flow positions to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

• Financial Risk Management:

1. Assess and mitigate financial risks through analysis and strategic planning.
2. Develop risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and financial health.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
• Fluent in English and Tamil (both spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
