Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller:

  • Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Inbound Calls: Answer queries and provide information on products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and provide follow-up assistance.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and call targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions.
  • Market Research: Gather feedback and insights to help improve services and products.

Required Skills for Telecaller:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Strong Convincing & Persuasion Ability
  • Knowledge of CRM Software or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to handle customer objections and rejections gracefully
  • Strong Listening Skills
  • Time Management and Organization Skills
  • Familiarity with basic MS Office and data entry

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any field).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
