Roles & responsibilities:

  • respond to customer via calls, emails or chats
  • efficiently handling inbounds and outbound calls
  • conducting surveys
  • assisting them if they are facing any problems and troubleshooting it
  • fostering a healthy relationships
  • making appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and customers

Requirements:

  • experience in customer service or a related field.

Location: bhopal

Salary: 8-15k per month

Qualification: bachelors degree

Experience: 6 months ( minimum)
