Service not meeting requirements: If the services provided by SparkBPL do not meet the requirements or specifications agreed upon between SparkBPL and the client, the client may be eligible for a refund. The client must notify SparkBPL in writing within seven days of the service completion date to request a refund. SparkBPL will review the request and, if approved, will provide a refund within 15 business days.

Cancelled service: If the client cancels the service before the agreed-upon start date, they may be eligible for a refund. The client must notify SparkBPL in writing to request a cancellation and refund. If the request is received before the start date, the client will receive a full refund. If the request is received after the start date, a cancellation fee may be charged. The cancellation fee will depend on the services purchased and the cancellation date.

Unforeseen circumstances: If SparkBPL is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may be eligible for a refund. SparkBPL will notify the client as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Please note that in the case of refunds, SparkBPL may deduct a processing fee or any costs incurred in providing the service.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to our customer support team within seven days of the service completion date. We will process the request within 15 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel services purchased from SparkBPL by submitting a written request via email to our customer support team. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which cancellations are allowed and any fees or charges that may be applicable.

Cancelled service: If the client cancels the service before the agreed-upon start date, they may be eligible for a full refund. The client must notify SparkBPL in writing to request a cancellation and refund.

Cancellation fee: If the client cancels the service after the start date, a cancellation fee may be charged. The cancellation fee will depend on the services purchased and the cancellation date. SparkBPL will inform the client of the cancellation fee, and it will be deducted from any refund provided.

No refund: If the client cancels after the service has been provided, no refund will be provided, and the full service fee will be charged.

Please note that cancellation fees may apply to online courses, and the cancellation policy for online courses may differ from the cancellation policy for other services.

Online Courses:

Clients who have enrolled in our online courses may cancel their enrollment within seven days of the course start date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. The client must notify SparkBPL in writing to request a cancellation and refund.

Clients who wish to cancel their enrollment after the seven-day period will not be eligible for a refund. However, they may be eligible to transfer their enrollment to a future course offering, subject to availability.

If SparkBPL cancels a course, clients will be provided with a full refund.

Modification of policies:

We reserve the right to modify or update our refund and cancellation policies at any time, without prior notice to clients. It is the client’s responsibility to review our policies regularly to ensure they understand any

changes made. Any changes to our policies will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
