Client Service Manager

Job Summary: The primary point of contact for our clients. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Experience: 2–4 years in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Public Relations.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a consultant to clients, advising them on event trends and best practices. Bridge the gap between client expectations and the internal production team. Present creative pitches and budget proposals to clients. Handle client feedback and ensure any issues are resolved immediately. Upsell additional services to existing clients.

Key Skills: Exceptional English/Hindi communication, Persuasion, and Relationship Building.
