Production Manager

Job Summary: You are responsible for the physical "build" of the event. If it’s made of wood, metal, light, or sound, you manage it.

Experience: 3–5 years in Event Production or Technical Stage Management.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the fabrication of sets, stages, and stalls. Manage technical vendors (AV, Sound, Light, LED walls). Conduct site inspections to check dimensions and power requirements. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during build-up and tear-down. Negotiate with fabricators to keep production costs within budget.

Key Skills: Knowledge of structural materials, AV technology, and labor management.
