We are looking for a courteous and organized Receptionist with at least 6 months of experience to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience in customer service or front desk operations
