Job Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist gym members and visitors at the front desk.
2. Handle member check-ins, registrations, and membership inquiries.
3. Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries.
4. Manage membership payments, renewals, and basic records.
5. Schedule fitness classes and trainer appointments.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
7. Support membership sales and promotions.
Requirements
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / billing software).
• Friendly personality and professional appearance.
• Prior reception or customer service experience is a plus.
