Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of experience to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and drive audience growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars on a weekly/monthly basis
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories
• Monitor trends and implement relevant strategies
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
• Analyze performance using insights and analytics tools
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred)
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Good communication and creative writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics
• Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
