Job Description: Business Development Manager (Tour and Travel Company)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with strong lead generation skills and a proven track record in deal closing, specifically in the tour and travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual travelers.

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand the company’s market presence.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
