Job Description
We are hiring operation head for a leading provider of commercial vehicle fitness services, dedicated to ensuring the safety and efficiency of commercial vehicles. Our state-of-the-art facilities and experienced team provide comprehensive inspection and maintenance services to help our clients stay compliant and operational. Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing training programs as needed.
2. Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of the fitness centre operations, including vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial vehicle fitness.
- Manage inventory and procurement of necessary tools, equipment, and parts.
3.Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 4 years
Salary: Upto 80k/month(no bar for good candidates)
