- We are hiring a Business Development Executive.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by introduction of new clients by leveraging existing relationship/acquisition of new clients.
- Effectively search prospective clients and increase assets under management(AUM), and generating revenue through mutual find sales.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients follow up on leads provided and also work on generating new leads from existing clients and online leads.
- Responsible to conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
- Preparing daily sales report.
- Participating in corporate desk event, expos and other business related events.
- Attending weekly/monthly meetings.
- Arrange maximum number of weekly visits.
- Generate leads through referrals.
- Service leads generated through digital, referral and relevant sources.

- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.
- Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances.
- Understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market.
- Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expressions.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- Assertive and hard working.
- Result oriented.
Requirements:-
- Education- Graduate
- Experience- Minimum 2 years
- Vehicle- Two wheeler
Salary:-
