• We are hiring a Business Development Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for achieving sales targets by introduction of new clients by leveraging existing relationship/acquisition of new clients.
• Effectively search prospective clients and increase assets under management(AUM), and generating revenue through mutual find sales.
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients follow up on leads provided and also work on generating new leads from existing clients and online leads.
• Responsible to conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
• Preparing daily sales report.
• Participating in corporate desk event, expos and other business related events.
• Attending weekly/monthly meetings.
• Arrange maximum number of weekly visits.
• Generate leads through referrals.
• Service leads generated through digital, referral and relevant sources.

• Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances.
• Understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market.
• Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expressions.

Requirements:-

• Education- Graduate
• Experience- Minimum 2 years
• Vehicle- Two wheeler

Salary:-

• Rs. 10,000- Rs. 20,000
