Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shooting Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier filming location and actively engage with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery. As the Shooting Location Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our facility, fostering client relationships, and optimizing the utilization of our space for pre wedding shoot, Maternity shoot, Product shoot,Music Video, Ad shoot, Web series, TV Serial.

Responsibilities:

1. Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the shooting location to ensure a safe and conducive environment for filming activities.

2. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing tours of the facility, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

3. Booking and Scheduling: Manage the booking process for the shooting location, coordinating with clients to schedule shoots, rehearsals, and other events, while optimizing space utilization and maximizing revenue.

4. Production Support: Collaborate with production teams to facilitate seamless shoots, providing assistance with set-up, equipment rental, and logistical arrangements as needed.

5. Budget and Inventory Management: Monitor expenses related to facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, and supplies, and maintain an inventory of equipment and amenities to support client needs.

6. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote the shooting location, including digital marketing campaigns, networking events, and collaborations with industry partners to attract new clients and maximize occupancy.

7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rental agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company policies and objectives.

8. Team Leadership: Supervise a team of support staff including security personnel, maintenance technicians, and administrative assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance standards.

9. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and client satisfaction, addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.

10. Client Feedback and Improvement Initiatives: Solicit feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in facility management, client relations, or hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and facility management software.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends to accommodate client needs and oversee facility operations.

Salary:

  • Up to 20,000 INR per month
