Job Summary:-

• Guide and nurture young learners in a safe, engaging environment, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate curriculum and interactive teaching.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Create engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards, fostering a love for learning.
• Classroom Management: Organize a child-friendly classroom, maintaining an encouraging atmosphere for active exploration and learning.
• Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback to parents, and address individual needs.
• Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and address any concerns to ensure a collaborative learning experience.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
• Patience, empathy, and passion for working with young children.

Salary Range:-

• 5k-8k/month

Qualification:-

• Graduation
