Job description:-

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Operational Manager for a leading pipe manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations management and will play a key role in driving operational excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Operations Oversight: Lead and manage all aspects of our manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, and logistics.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
• Team Leadership: Build and motivate a high-performing operations team, setting clear goals and ensuring their achievement.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure operations stay within financial targets.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that our products meet high-quality standards and that quality control procedures are followed rigorously.
• Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize overages or shortages.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and all applicable legal requirements.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage procurement effectively.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and performance metrics to make informed decisions, set KPIs, and drive operational improvements.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing successful teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of pipe manufacturing processes is a definite advantage.

Salary Range:-

• 15k – 35k/month

Experience:-

• 3years and plus ( must have experience in manufacturing company only )
