Job Description

A Pharma Telecaller plays a vital role in connecting with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and potential customers to promote and support pharmaceutical products and services. This position is crucial in driving sales and ensuring effective communication between the company and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products, services, and offers.
  • Product Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about the company’s pharmaceutical products, including their features, benefits, and availability.
  • Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Order Processing: Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and follow up on order status when necessary.
  • Sales Leads: Identify potential sales leads and opportunities for the pharmaceutical sales team to pursue.
  • Customer Database: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all interactions and transactions are accurately documented.
  • Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines while conducting calls and handling customer information.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm product delivery and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve product and service quality.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators as set by the company.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles is preferred but not always required.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex pharmaceutical information clearly and concisely.
  • Hindi and english compulsory.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in pharmaceuticals or sales is a plus.

Sales Skills:

  • Basic sales skills and an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Computer Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and databases for maintaining customer records.

Ethical Conduct:

  • A commitment to ethical and compliant practices in pharmaceutical sales.

Salary :

  • 15,000 – 35,000
