Job Description:

• As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Production Handling: Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations.
2. Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of production data to identify trends, track performance, and inform decision-making processes. Utilize data insights to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
3. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers. Work closely with the Quality Supervisor to implement and enforce quality assurance protocols and address any quality issues or concerns.
4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and stock availability to meet production demands while minimizing excess inventory and storage costs. Coordinate with the store team to ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient material handling.
5. Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades, to ensure the reliability and uptime of production machinery and equipment.
6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards to create a safe and healthy work environment for employees. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and minimize risks.
7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to factory staff, including production supervisors, quality control inspectors, storekeepers, and maintenance technicians. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
