Job Description

The Senior  and junior Customer Service Associate  plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support. This position is responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, providing guidance to junior associates, and contributing to the overall success of the customer service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by addressing complex inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and assist junior customer service associates in handling customer inquiries and resolving problems effectively.
  • Escalation Handling: Manage escalated customer issues, including complaints and challenging cases, and find suitable resolutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that junior associates follow established customer service protocols and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement, and provide feedback to management.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer service experience and provide input for process improvement.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and company policies to deliver optimal service.

  • Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.
  • Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.
  • Technical Support (Application training and support.

Location :

  • Jabalpur

Experience :

  • Minimum 1 year

Age Limit:

  •  21-35 yrs

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s

Salary  :

  • 14,000 – 20,000 +  Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills )
