Job Description:

• We are looking for Real Estate Consultant who can manage our field work and their official presentations with all the details.

Responsibilities:-

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and target audiences. Analyze data to determine the best strategies for marketing specific properties.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with real estate laws and regulations. Stay informed about any changes in the industry that may impact marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to determine property values.
• Provide guidance and assist clients in purchasing property.
• Advise clients on the best strategies to sell their property.
• Market and advertise properties effectively.
• Generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Liaise with clients to determine their real estate needs.
• Negotiate and enforce contracts.

Requirements:-

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s ( MBA would be good to have)

Salary:- RS. 25,000- Rs.30,000

Experience:-

• 2 Years
