Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, resource management, and fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership in alignment with the school’s mission and goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance and reputation of the school.

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and support departments.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain a secure and conducive learning environment.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the school’s budget in collaboration with the finance team.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Staff Management and Development:

• Lead and supervise academic and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Implement professional development programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, local community stakeholders, and educational partners.
• Represent the school in community events and activities.

Curriculum Enhancement:

• Work closely with academic teams to ensure the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
• Introduce innovative educational practices to enhance student learning outcomes.

Facility Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and development of school facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address infrastructure needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational management, preferably within the CBSE system.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
