Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure academic excellence, and foster a positive learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership in line with the school’s mission and goals.
• Oversee the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and ensure academic excellence.

Administrative Oversight:

• Manage day-to-day operations, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and administrative functions.
• Implement and enforce school policies to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Staff Management and Development:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators and administrative staff.
• Foster professional development initiatives to enhance teaching methodologies and staff skills.

Student Engagement:

• Promote a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
• Implement strategies to enhance student motivation, discipline, and overall well-being.

Parent and Community Relations:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and address concerns collaboratively.

Curriculum Development:

• Work closely with academic teams to review and enhance the curriculum based on CBSE guidelines.
• Introduce innovative educational practices and assessment methods.

Facility Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and development of school facilities.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address infrastructure needs.

Compliance and Accreditation:

• Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and standards.
• Work towards achieving and maintaining necessary accreditations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and educational policies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
